S&B Oriental Curry Powder, 85g

Ingredients:

Turmeric, Coriander, Fenugreek, Cumin, Orange Peel, Pepper, Chili Pepper, Cinnamon, Fennel, Ginger, Star Anise, Thyme, Bay Leaves, Cloves, Nutmeg, Sage, Cardamom.

Preparation method:

Curry: Add the powder to a mixture of vegetables and meat (such as beef, chicken or pork) in a pot of water or stock, and simmer until cooked through. Optionally, add a little soy sauce and sugar for extra flavor.
