These instant rice packets are easy to prepare in the microwave. They are made with koshihikari rice from the Niigata region with the famous Uonuma water. The koshihikari rice is a short-grain rice cultivated and highly valued in Japan for its bright "hikari" appearance. The high pressure cooking ensures good water absorption of the grains and gives a very sticky, soft rice with a balanced elasticity.
Instructions : Open the plastic lid slightly and heat in the microwave (500-600W) for 1 minute. Then remove the lid completely and put the rice on a plate and enjoy. You can also heat it in boiling water for 10 minutes without opening the lid.
