Sau Tao Shanghai Noodles are from the best quality noodle makers. These noodles are best for soup.
Preparation:
Add noodles to boiling water, stirring constantly with chopsticks to prevent noodles from sticking together. cook for about 4 minutes, rinse under running water, drain and set aside.
For soup you can add your own herbs of choice. Save the water.
If you choose to make it into a stir-fry dish, drain the water.
