This Pasilla pasta from Xatzé is ideal for preparing delicious Mexican dishes. The mild peppers in this paste have a naturally slightly smoky taste. It is a wrinkled dark brown pepper with a raisin aroma and is widely used in Mexican Mole sauces.
Ingredients: water, pasilla chili, vegetable oil, onion, garlic, salt, sugar, citric acid (E330), yeast extract and 0.1% potassium sorbate (E202) as a preservative.
