This Premium Mushroom Sauce is traditionally made from teak-smoked shiitake mushrooms. The mushrooms are simmered with raw brown sugar, sea salt and a little cornstarch until it thickens into a rich, smooth sauce. It is a delicious vegetarian sauce for stir-frying, braising or marinating.
Ingredients: Mushroom extract (65%), sugar, salt, modified starch, acid (E260), preservative (E202).
