To use this rice for sushi, use premium sushi rice vinegar to flavor the rice.
Directions: Use brown rice in place of white rice in sushi, curries, stews or both to add colour and texture to meals. Rinse the brown rice with your hands and drain. Cook in a rice cooker with 1.2 parts water for every part dry rice. Once cooked, let it sit for 10 minutes and mix it together. Allow 75g of dry rice per person.
