To use this rice for sushi, use premium sushi rice vinegar to season the rice.
Taste: Fukumaru brown rice has a texture that is crispier than white rice.
Use: Use brown rice in place of white rice in sushi, curry, stew or both to add color and texture to meals. Rinse the brown rice with your hands and let it drain. Cook it in a rice cooker using 1.2 volumes of water for every volume of dry rice. Once cooked, let it sit for 10 minutes and mix together. Allow 75 g of dry rice per person.
