Sanbaizu bonito vinegar is a mixed rice vinegar flavored with bonito. It also contains kombu algae and sugar that soften the taste.
Flavor : Its taste is very sweet with a good taste of bonito.
Use : Sanbaizu vinegar is a mix of three specifc ingredients: rice vinegar, mirin, soy sauce and dashi. You can use it as seasoning for a salad or to go with your favorite seafood.
Ingredients : Rice vinegar, Sugar, Soy sauce, Water, Salt, Mirin, Kombu Extract (Rishiri), Bonito Extract (2%), Dried bonito (Makurazaki) (fish) (0,5%).
Allergens: Soybean, bonito, wheat.
