The Marva leaves come from the Lippia alba, a plant that grows in native areas. You mainly encounter the Lippia alba in South America, Australia, and India. The leaves on the Lippia alba are between 1 and 3 centimeters in size, and after drying they are used to make tea or cook with. The Marva is very popular in Suriname, and for good reason. The marva has a wonderful taste, an aromatic smell, and is also tasty.
Ingredients: 100% Organic Marva Leaves.
Preparation advice: 1 teaspoon (2 to 3 g) per cup of hot water. Let it steep for 6 to 8 minutes. Max 3 cups per day. Do not exceed recommended daily dose.
