This Praise Cocoyam Fufu Flour is traditionally used to make fufu, a West African side dish served alongside soups and stews.
Preparation : (1) Put 1 part Fufu and 2 parts water in a pan and mix until it is free of lumps. (2) Place the mixture over medium heat and stir with a wooden spoon until it becomes firm. (3) Knead for about 5 minutes until thick uniform consistency, add water for softer dough. (4) Shape the dough into balls and place on a platter, let it cool and serve with your favorite dish.
Microwave Instructions: (1) Place 1 part Praise Fufu and 2 parts water in a saucepan and stir until no lumps remain. (2) Cover the dish with foil and microwave on high power for 5 minutes. (3) Remove the shell and stir for about 1 minute, add water and mix until desired consistency is reached. (4) Let cool and serve with your favorite dish.
