Harira is a traditional North African soup commonly made in Morocco and Algeria. It is a thick, richly filled soup with tomatoes, chickpeas and lentils as main ingredients.
Preparation: Empty the contents of the sachet in 1 liter of cold water. Bring to the boil while stirring. Simmer over medium heat until soup is cooked (15 minutes). Stir occasionally.
Ingredients: corn starch, wheat flour, vermicelli (11.4%) (durum wheat semolina), chickpeas (9.6%), salt, palm fat, tomato (6.8%), flavor enhancer (monosodium glutamate, disodium fuanylate), lentils, onion, sugar, flavors ( mustard ), cinnamon, turmeric, paprika (0.36%), coriander, parsley (0.27%), acidity regulator (citric acid), white pepper. May contain traces of celery, milk, soy, egg, fish and shellfish
