The Extra spicy Japanese curry from S&B is easy to use, combine the curry mix with your own ingredients (such as chicken, shrimp, beef or vegetables) and let it simmer in a pan. Within half an hour you can enjoy a delicious filling meal.
Preparation method:
1. Cut 450~580g of lean meat (or chicken, lamb or shrimp) into cubes and finely chop 1 large onion.
2. In a large skillet, sauté and stir meat and onion in oil or butter until onion is lightly browned, about 3 minutes. Add carrots, celery, bell pepper or other vegetables if desired.
3. Add 620 ml of water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until meat is tender, about 10 minutes.
4. Break the S&B home style extra spicy curry mix into pieces and add it to the mixture, stir until completely melted. Let it simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
5. Serve hot over rice and noodles.
