Super premium grade short grain sushi rice. Made from the Koshihikari brown rice grain. Produced in Italy. This sushi rice is made from brown rice and is a delicious healthy addition to Asian dishes.
Ingredients: brown rice.
Cooking instructions: to 1 cup of YumeNishiki rice add 1.5 cups of water in a medium saucepan. Bring the water to a boil and leave the rice covered for about 10 minutes before serving. Sufficient for about 2.5 cups of cooked rice.
When using rice cookers, add 1 cup of YumeNishiki rice and 1.5 cups of water to the rice cooker. Then follow the directions for your rice cooker.
