The package contains: 400g Bika Ambon Cake flour, 12g instant yeast.
Necessities; 3 whole eggs + 3 egg yolks, 300ml instant coconut milk, 25g margarine, let melt.
Preparation advice: Dissolve the instant yeast in 50ml water. Leave this. Beat the eggs 8 on the highest setting until you have a creamy consistency. Combine the Cake Mix and dissolved yeast, knead by hand until there are no lumps, then strain it. Immediately add the coconut milk and melted margarine and let it rise for 1.5 hours.
Heat the oven to 160 ° C. Grease the bottom and sides of the spring form thickly with margarine. Preheat the oven together with the spring form for 10 minutes and then pour the mixture into the spring form. Bake it on medium heat for 30 minutes. Let it cool for 10 minutes and then remove the cake from the spring form.
