Corn mush recipe (Nshima, Ugali, Sadza):
Bring 250ml of cold water to the boil. In the meantime, mix 40g of fine cornmeal with 125ml of cold water to a paste. First add the paste to the boiling water and then, in small steps and while stirring continuously, another 110g of fine cornmeal. Let it boil for 3 minutes , cool for 5 minutes and serve with soup, stew or sauce.
