TCF Dorayaki Matcha, 300g

Dorayaki is a popular sweet confection consisting of two fluffy pancake-like sponge cakes filled with a sweet filling, usually red bean paste (anko).

In this case, the traditional red bean filling is replaced with a matcha flavored filling. Matcha is a finely ground green tea powder and is highly prized for its distinctive and vibrant green color, as well as its earthy and slightly bitter taste.

Ingredients: White bean paste with matcha, (sugar, green beans, matltitol (E965), rice bran oil, matcha), WHEAT flour, ELECTRICITY, sugar, honey, mirin/raising agent (E500), glycerine (E422), fermented herbs.
