Ingredients: pork (31%), white cabbage, water, wheat flour (gluten), wheat starch (gluten), sugar, potato starch, wheat gluten, salt, soy sauce ( soy beans, water, wheat (gluten), salt) , chives, garlic, flavor enhancer E621 ( glutamate ), vegetable oil ( soybean , sesame ), white pepper. This product is produced in which peanuts are processed.

Traditional way: Frying pan
Place the Gyoza flat side down in a frying pan. Fill the pan with about 1 cm of water. Put the lid on the pan and cook the Gyoza over medium to high heat. Remove the lid from the pan as soon as the water has evaporated (±7 minutes). Add a teaspoon of oil to the pan and fry the other sides within 1 minute until golden brown.
Steam: 10 minutes over boiling water
Frying: 5 minutes at 175ºC
