Kuro Kaze Concentrated Black Ginger Syrup, 180g

This syrup is made with black ginger, Okinawa cane sugar and hebesu citrus juice. Black ginger is ginger that has been fermented for 3 weeks and is therefore 50 times richer in shogaol than fresh or dried ginger. Shogaols are one of the spicy components found in ginger.

Ingredients: ginger (32.82%), cane sugar (32.82%), hebesu citrus (1.52%), black ginger (0.01%), water (32.82%).
