Flying Goose was established in 1999 and produces sweet chilli sauce, red, green & yellow curry pastes, oyster sauce, salad dressings, sweet plum sauce, soy sauce and satay sauce. Its mission is to utilize the rich natural resources found in many Thai regions of sun-drenched soils, selecting only the freshest herbs, spices and other ingredients.
