Description
Ingredients: Red chili, soy oil, onions, galangal, garlic, salt, shallots, sugar, ginger, lemongrass, ground turmeric, coriander seeds, cumin, herbs and spices.
Allergens: Contains soy .
Indonesian vegetable curry recipe
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 1 pack of spice paste for Indonesian vegetable curry
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 450 g mixture of chopped cabbage, green beans and fried tofu
- 440 ml coconut milk or milk
- curry leaves as garnish (optional)
Preparation :
- Heat the oil in a saucepan over a medium temperature. Add the spice paste and stir-fry for ½ minute.
- Add the coconut milk, vegetables and tofu and bring to the boil.
- Cook for 20 minutes until everything is done. Serve it with rice or bread.
