Asian Home Gourmet Bulgogi Marinade, 50g

Ingredients: Sugar, soy sauce (water, soybeans, salt, sugar, wheatflour), garlic, sesame oil, onion, ginger, black pepper. No added MSG, preservatives or artificial colors.

Allergy advice: Contains wheat, soya, sesame.

Recipe for Korean meat dish Bulgogi

Ingredients for 2-3 people:

• 1 package of marinade for Korean meat dish Bulgogi
• 350 g of beef cut into strips
• 1 tbsp vegetable oil
• Sesan, sliced green chili peppers, spring onions or salad leaves all garnish

Preparation :

1. Mix the marinade oil in a bowl and wallow the meat. Cover the bowl and marinate the meat for at least 1 hour.
2. In the pan: heating a man's pan. Marinate the marinated meat for about 4 minutes (until cooked).
3. On the barbecue: roast the marinated meat on the barbecue until it is done.
