Thai extract from Yanang leaves. The concentrated extract comes from pasteurized fresh Yanang leaves. Yanang leaf extract is used in Northeast Thai cuisine to add mellow flavors to salads and soups such as Tom Prer (Thai bamboo cream soup). Yanang leaves are also known for their high nutritional value and antioxidants.
Ingredients: water, yanang leaves 8%.
Storage advice: Store at room temperature. After opening, put the rest of the contents in an airtight container. Keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days.
