Preparation instructions: Rinse the rice thoroughly and drain. To cook in a rice cooker, add 1.2 times the amount of water to the dry rice. If you cook the rice in a pan, cover and cook over low heat. Turn off the heat 3-5 minutes after the water starts to boil and check that there is no water left. Otherwise, let it cook for a while. After cooking, keep the rice warm with the lid on for 10 minutes. Use 150 g dry rice per 2 portions.
Use: This rice is delicious in various dishes and goes especially well with red or black vinegar. Try this rice with veal stew.
