Great mole! Very easy to make. This mole pasta with a bit of chicken stock and tomato puree and you have the authentic flavor of a good Oxacan mole! It is a bit spicy and you can make it as thick or thin as you like. I've made really tasty enchiladas de mole with corn tortillas. Will buy it again for sure!
