What are the payment options?

Currently it is only possible to meet your payments via PayPal and iDeal. In the future we will be able to add more payment options.

When will I receive my order?
Every order has (within Netherlands) a delivery time of 1 to 2 days. With your order you get a track & trace-code, with this code you can trace your package online through www.postnlpakketten.nl/klantenservice/tracktrace. We strive to ship orders that are placed before 2 pm on the same day, so that you will receive it the next day. (Assuming you live in the Netherlands)
Please note that your order can be shipped as soon as the payment has been fulfilled. Payments by iDeal take effect immediately, if you pay with a credit card, it may take up to five business days before we have received your payment.



Are orders delivered outside Netherlands?

We do ship to countries outside the Netherlands. Here are the shipping rates:

Germany: 12,70 EUR
France:  21,78 EUR
Spain:  32,67 EUR
U.K.:  21,78 EUR
Belgium:  12,70 EUR
Luxembourg:  12,70 EUR
Denmark:  21,78 EUR
Italy:  17,55 EUR
Austria:  26,02 EUR
Portugal:  26,02 EUR

If your country is not listed, please send us an e-mail and we will quote you on the shipping price.


I get an error message during the ordering process and thus can not finalize my order.
Most error messages are caused by not or incorrectly submitted fields. Verify that you have entered all the data correctly and that you have not forgotten any of the fields. Make sure the delivery address, email address and telephone number are filled in correctley.


Can I pick up my order?
Yes, it is possible to collect your order in our store in Amsterdam. Please specify this in the shipment options during the checkout process.



I am not satisfied with my order.

We do everything to handle your order as good as possible, but there is always a possibility that something goes wrong. We think it's important that you're happy with your order, so we would like to hear if something is not in order. Contact us by email (info@tjinstoko.eu)


What does THT/BBD date for and how do you deal with it?

The manufacturer is obligated to state a production or advice date on the product, THT/BBD stands for best before. The manufacturer guarantees that the product meets all quality requirements until that given day/month.Sometimes it happens that the THT-date of a product already has expired, in which case this will be clearly indicated in the product description on the website.

I am looking for a product that you are not yet offering. Can you deliver?
